Shipping area and cost

New World Fashion offers standard UPS shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international destinations.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Our daily cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles). Processing normally takes 1–3 business days. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Transit time

After the order is handed to UPS, standard transit is estimated at 3–7 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding carrier holidays. Processing and transit are separate: the estimated total is 4–10 business days. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking details are provided when the order ships.

Delivery questions and delays

Check your shipping details carefully before ordering. If your order is delayed, lost, damaged or marked delivered but missing, contact us promptly with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If we cannot ship within the time represented, we will notify you and provide any required delay or cancellation/refund options.
