About these terms

These terms apply to use of the New World Fashion website and purchases placed through it. Our contact details are listed below. Read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Products, pricing and orders

Product pages state the item, available size, color, price and relevant specifications. Images may show styling items that are not included; refer to the product description. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Review the item, delivery details and total before submitting an order.

Orders are subject to product availability and review of order and payment information. If an error or availability problem affects an order, we will contact you about the available options and refund any amount due if the order cannot be fulfilled. A payment or order notification is not a guarantee of a particular delivery date.

Shipping, returns and order changes

Standard UPS shipping is free to our supported contiguous-US and Washington, DC destinations. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days and transit 3–7 business days. Eligible ordinary returns must be requested and handed to a carrier within 30 calendar days of item delivery; customers pay ordinary return postage, with no restocking fee. Contact us promptly about changes or cancellations before dispatch. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated. There is no fixed automatic 15-minute cancellation rule. After dispatch, use the applicable return process.

Using the website

Provide accurate order and contact information. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful conduct, infringement or activity that interferes with the website or other customers. Protect the security of your account.

Privacy and third-party services

The store is hosted on Shopify. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party links and services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes and applicable rights

We may update website content and these terms prospectively. Changes do not remove rights relating to an existing order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
